GSEC to Execute MEP Works for Porto Heliopolis Towers - Cairo
GSEC was selected to execute the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works for Porto Heliopolis Towers in Cairo, a landmark hospitality project by Delmar for Touristic Development (a company by Amer Group), in collaboration with Marriott Tourism Developments.
GSEC commenced its work on the project in October 2024, with a scope that entails delivering MEP works – taking on engineering, procurement and construction services.
This project incorporates energy-efficient electromechanical solutions and Building Information Modeling (BIM) for enhanced planning and coordination, reflecting the industry’s move towards digitalization.
